Submission Procedures:

Information to setup up your artist page:

• If you have not reviewed what is included in your writers artist page, Visit Here.
• Print the book submission form which is available HERE as an HTML page. You may send this information on 8.5" x 11" white paper or as a Microsoft Word document on 1.44MB, CD-ROM or Zip disk.
• Print the book terms and service agreement which is available HERE as an HTML page. Review and sign the agreement.
• Book cover artwork can be submitted as a GIF or JPEG file on disk (1.44MB, CD-ROM or Zip) or on paper. For scanning purposes, please limit your artwork work to 8.5" x 11" paper if submitted in this format. 
• If you are submitting a video, it is to be submitted on VHS (NTSC) tape or CD-ROM / Zip disk as uncompressed .AVI file. The video must be 15 minutes or less in length.
• If you are submitting audio files, it is to be submitted on disk (1.44MB, CD-ROM or Zip) as an uncompressed .wav file.

• Print the Artist Market Place Agreement which is available HERE as an HTML page. Review and sign the agreement.
• Each book must have an ISBN that is printed on the book. If it does not contact: bookgnome@ignome.com
• The sales price for each title. The sales price can not be lower than the price printed on the cover. If there is not a price printed on the cover, you may choose the selling price of the title. You receive 70% of the sales price.
• Send us two to five copies of each title.
• If you have received reviews or awards for a title, please include.
