Art Submission Guidelines

When you submit your art work to to ignome.com, you get:

1) Space to post information about yourself (there is no word limitations!):

• Biography  
• Art Influences
• One personal Photo or Logo (Used in your listing pages)
• Contact Information

2) Up to 20 artwork (photos) for sale including a description of each piece.

3) Up to 20 audio recordings. Each audio recording (WAV file) explains each art work in your own voice! Every computer (PC and Macs) have a feature that allows voice recordings, professional produced recording is not required.

4) One video up to 15 minutes in length. The video can be shoot on a camcorder, professional produced video is not required.

5) We will encode, host and stream your art listing, audio and video for no charge!!  

Guidelines:

• All independent artists works are accepted. No "mass" produced commercial art will be considered.
• Optional video must be 15 minutes or less in length. Please no pornography!
• Video and audio recordings must have all clearances and rights for commercial distribution.
• Art work photos to be submitted as prints or JPEG files on CD-ROM,  Zip or 1.44MB  disks.
• Video to be submitted on VHS (NTSC) tape or as CD-ROM / Zip disk as uncompressed .AVI files.
• Audio recordings to be submitted as WAV files on CD-ROM,  Zip or 1.44MB  disks.

Submission Procedures:

Step 1: Print Ignome's art submission form. If you are submitting video or audio material, review and sign our art video and audio terms and service agreement*.

• The art submission form is available HERE as an HTML page. You may send your  personal information (biography, art influences info etc.) on a disk as a word document (.doc.).
• The art video and audio terms and service agreement is available HERE as an HTML page. Print the form. Review and sign the agreement.
  
  *Only one executed art video and audio terms and service agreement is required. If you have an agreement on file with ignome, no additional agreements are required to be submitted.

Step 2: Submit your work to ignome.

• Artist and artwork information and art video and audio terms and service agreement(if applicable).
• Art work photos to be submitted as prints or JPEG files on CD-ROM,  Zip or 1.44MB  disks.
• Audio recordings describing art work to be submitted as WAV files on CD-ROM or 1.44MB  disks. (optional feature).
• Video to be submitted on VHS (NTSC) tape or as CD-ROM / Zip disk as uncompressed .AVI files. (optional feature)
• Art video and audio terms and service agreement, if applicable.

Submitted photos, tapes, disks and materials will not be returned.


After your work has been received, your information will be posted on our site. In addition, you will be sent a user name and password to update your page(s) via the internet.
